Online registrations are now closed. If you wish to attend this conference, please email enquiries@eventmanagementdirect.co.uk with the following information: - Full Name - Email address - Registration type: Consultant/SAS Member or Non-Member Trainee Member or Non-Member Retired/PA(A)/ODP/Pre-Operative Nurses - Specify if attending - Thursday, Friday or both days - Dietary requirements (please note, we can not guarantee specific dietary requirements this due to late registration) Please note that workshops are subject to availability. Click on the Security tab
Click on Custom Level
Scroll down until you see the section labelled Scripting
Under Active Scripting, select Enable and click OK

Select Settings

Select Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended) and click Done

Safari (Mac)

Select Safari from the top menu
