SICS Traditional Dinner & Ceilidh

 

The Conference Dinner is a ticketed event to be held on Thursday 7th March at the Fairmont Hotel.

The formal 3 course dinner, which includes wine, will be followed by the traditional Ceilidh in the spectacular Atrium. It is the perfect opportunity to network and meet colleagues, old and new, in an informal relaxed setting.

Double for single occupancy - £215 per night 

Twin for double occupancy - £235 (£117.50 per person) per night 

 

Booking for 2 people 

If you are sharing a room, only one person needs to book and pay for the room; the lead booker should book the room in their name and pay for it in full. The second person should settle payment with the lead directly and not book anything via the booking portal to avoid duplicating bookings.

If you are booking for a colleague, please ensure that they are aware so they don't book again when they are registering. 

Please note - only one room can be booked per booking.

Regional Anaesthesia for the Intensivist: Trunk Blocks Workshop at St. Andrews University

 

In addition to the above, Dr Alasdair Taylor will be running four Regional Anaesthesia Workshop’s at the University of St. Andrews on Friday 8th March. Transport will be provided between the hotel and the medical school and will be free of charge to all delegates.   • I do not have a PayPal Account, can I still pay via Credit/Debit card?
    • Yes. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via the PayPal portal. On the PayPal screen there is an option to pay via credit/debit card as a guest.


  • I can't see the option to pay via Credit/Debit on the PayPal Portal, how do I do this?
    • The option can sometimes fail to appear in the first instance. Please click on the button to return to Event Management Direct and try again. 

INVOICE

If you request to pay by invoice, you will receive an invoice request form in your booking confirmation email. Please follow the instruction on the email to complete the request.
